As a single reference base for the social and economic realities that surround us today, the ISO 9001 standard is a management tool designed by all parties involved and for their mutual benefit, i.e. : our staff, our suppliers and the set of rules and regulations governing our logistics activities.
Through its own requirements, the ISO standard entails our own development process as well as the continuous improvement mechanism which is inherent to it. Thanks to the results induced by the application of the norm, our entire workforce is engaged in « a forward march » respectful of the individuals and their environment as well as the economical development of Jean Heck s.a.
Our Quality Assurance system relies upon a structure based upon a number of individual “Quality relays”. Through their operational responsibilities, they are indeed in a position to collect information and relay suggestions from the operational workforce to the Management. Conversely, they also convey the Management’s decisions trough to the operational level. They represent “the eyes and the ears” of the QA system.
